Warranty Information
QBOX USA warrants if your QBOX product to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use, we will provide, without charge, the parts and labor to remedy any such defect for a period of one (1) year, except for mechanical parts of music box for ninety (90) days . This warranty period commences on the date of purchase by original consumer. Please retain original purchase receipt as proof of the purchase date.
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRATNY, OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH. IN NO EVENT SHALL QBOX USA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS IN CONVENIENCE OR DAMAGES, (WHERTHER DIRECT, INCIENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE) RESULTING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRATNY, AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXLUSION OR LIMATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMES IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THOSE STATES. SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
During the applicable warranty periods, QBOX USA will provide, without charge, the parts and labor necessary to remedy defects, QBOX USA will, at its option, repair or replace the defective products. QBOX USA may, at its option, furnish replacement or repair items at an exchange basis that could be remanufactured.
To obtain service under this warranty, email Technical Support Dept at techsupport@qboxtusa.com to obtain RMA (Return Authorization) number, and delivery or ship your monitor freight prepaid to QBOX USA Service Center. Please do not return the unit to the store. In addition to a brief description of the problem, you must also include with the product, either a copy of your purchase receipt or other proof of the date of the original retail purchase. Proper packing of your product is necessary when shipping it to Service Center. You are responsible for any shipping & insurance charges and will bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.

QBOX USA will pay return freight for UPS ground within the USA. You may be charged additional freight if return shipment is other than UPS Ground and/or outside the USA.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE THAT OCCURS IN TRANSIT, OR FROM ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, MISUSE OR ABUSE, UNAOTHORIZED REPAIRS, NOR DOES IT COVER INSTALLATION, SET-UP OR ADJUSTMENTS OF CUSTOMER CONTROLS.
